Home Decor snapshots: Pink and Green

(source: Pinterest) Firstly, happy Easter everyone, I hope you all eat chocolate from breakfast dinner and tea!  So, the main theme for this blog post is pink and green. I am loving this combo for home decor. It always means I can buy pink decor that can then pair with my green plants. I seen this pink and green tiling in some toilets in Amsterdam and yes I took a picture.  This cinema box from: Primark section is a recent change around. The plants are both fake and from: B&M. Again I have added the two pink candles from: home bargains to bring that pink/green vibe that I am loving.  Another way to style the light box is to have wooden items around it with some greenery like these wooden heart tea light holders: The Range.  under £15 setup Pink and green cactus theme - cactus candle: Primark - glass cactus with stones: Primark - cactus tealight holder: Asda - LED cactus light: The Range - blue hexagon candle: home bargains - pink plantpot: Pound

Blank page fear: where to start.

Stephen King was right when he said "The scariest moment is always just before you start" I 100% have what is called blank page fear. Now I would assume that most people who suffer with anxiety will have experienced this is some way but I also just think it's a thing that can happen to anyone. Basically, I interpret this as where on earth do I start, with anything! Even if you have loads of ideas it's hard to make a start when there is no way to know the outcome. I've split this blog post into three sections in which I experience the black page fear. Blog post I'm really new to blog posting, as I have said before it's something I have always wanted to do but some days it's hard to write what you want to say. My blog isn't really specific to one thing where as some people have a beauty blog or a travel blog, I kinda wanted to include everything as I didn't want to have the worry of restricting myself. Even if I know what I want to

Home Bargains: Mini haul and product review March 2018

Hey to everyone reading! I recently went to home bargains and picked up a few bits and thought I would do a haul and review of what I did get. Also, I'm dying to go back and get all of the mermaid stuff! Home bargains is a go to shop for a lot of people, me included, they do loads of beauty stuff at cheaper prices as well dainty things that you can't resist. Unfortunately I'm rubbish and only remember the prices of some of the things but they were all cheap! So here goes... Firstly, I picked up these shampoo and conditioner for 99p each, Bargain! I've not heard much about this brand anovia but I have seen it in a few of the cheaper shops. I'm really fussy when it comes to shampoo and conditioner, I don't know whether it's because I have blue/black hair or what but whaever I use my hair goes greasy after like 2 hours or washing!  There are only two brands I've used that help with this, one being tresemme. I can use any of their shampo

Fenty Beauty - Mattemoiselle thoughts x3

It was recently my 21st birthday woohoooo! Even better Nathan got me two of the Fenty Beauty Mattemoiselle plush matte lipticks and his mam also got me one, woooow!  What I can say about them... I am so in love I want them all, even the shades that might not suit me I can give them a go haha! This is three shades swatched. The FB imprint came off straight away after my first try so I'm hoping that they last longer than I can imagine.   My skin is quite pale so you can get an idea of what they would look like if you also have pale skin.   So, putting them on...I started will a totally bare lip, moisturised half an hour before with a Nivea lip balm.  I'm so happy with them. The consistency is kind of like a paint, it covered up all the cracks in my dry lips and felt as though it was moisturising them rather than making them dryer like most matte lipsticks do. Another thing I liked was that it was easy to overdraw
